Yes! With one phone call and one email, you can make arrangements from the comfort of your own home. We have simplified arrangements by prefilling our cremation documents with the biographical information you provide and emailing them via DocuSign. No need to print or have notarized, DocuSign is legally binding and used world-wide.
All you need is a computer, a tablet or a smartphone.
Where does my loved one go after you pick them up?
Our team will be prompt and attentive in the process of bringing your loved one into our care at our facility.
Where is your crematory located?
Our crematory is located ON SITE. We own our crematories and staff them with our fully trained and trusted employees, which allows us to control every step of the process with the utmost reverence and care.
What does your crematory look like?
We believe in the highest standards of care. Charleston Cremation Center is a state of the art facility with indoor top-of-the-line cremation divisions. We have an open door policy for those who wish to take a tour.
Do I have to come in to pick up the cremated remains?
No! Cremated remains can be securely mailed via USPS to families residing out of state, and we can even hand-deliver locally.
