Wesley Walker, 36, of Charleston, SC, passed away Sunday, August 07, 2022, at MUSC Hospital. Wesley attended James Island High School, served as an Alter Boy for many years at Nativity Church and successfully became an Eagle Scout.  At the end, Wesley was an organ donor and became a Hero to 5 recipients.
