Timothy Dale Kolwyck (Timmy), age 62, of Johns Island, SC, passed away on the morning of July 5, 2025.

Timothy was born in Charleston, SC on May 24, 1963, to Vernell and Charles Kolwyck.

Although disabled for many years, his prior occupation was as a Plumber. He also had experience in Electrical and Landscaping and was known for "tinkering" and making crazy contraptions at times. He was a strong-willed man with a heart that would give you the shirt off his back. The older kids knew him as the man with the tools and the younger kids as the man with the snacks. When working, he kept a cooler full and enjoyed having the kids rummage through and get a snack. Even as his health declined, he enjoyed having them come to him for snacks and made sure to always have them available.

Timothy was preceded in death by his parents, Vernell and Charles Kolwyck. He is survived by his spouse, Angela Biering Kolwyck; his son, Timothy James – "TJ" (Kayla); and his Grandchildren, Marissa and Cayden. He is also survived by his brothers, Milton (Michael) and Edwin; as well as many Nieces, Nephews, and "adopted children".
