Terrence John "Terry" Brannen, age 68, of Wadmalaw Island, South Carolina, transitioned on June 24, 2024.

Terry was born in Omaha, Nebraska on April 6th, 1956, to Anne Marie Brannen and Frederick Liguari Brannen.

Terry managed Beckett's Nursery for over two decades before he moved on to complete his degree in Theatre and subsequently work for Clemson University at the Brooks Center. He enjoyed umpiring baseball and refereeing volleyball, which was the last job he did prior to retiring. He was a musician, singer, actor, golfer, cyclist, pyrotechnician and traveled to work at music festivals all over the country.

Terry was preceded in death by his parents; brother, James L. Brannen; and his sister-in-law, Virginia McCormick.

Terry is survived by his daughter, Jocelyn A. Graham (Gary); sons, Christopher John B. Brannen (Heather) and Andrew S. Brannen (Anna); his grandchildren, Alexandria M. Brannen (and boyfriend Thomas), Owen Brannen, Severus Brannen, and Iris Brannen; his sisters, Janet Brannen, Marilyn Elliott (Jeff), and Betsy McClintick (Bill); his nieces, Beth, Kristy, Annie, Kate, and Edith; his nephew, Jack; his cat, Dennis; and many friends and colleagues.
