Sharon Lanford Morton, 74, of Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, wife of Harry James Morton, passed away on August 27, 2024.

Sharon was born in Laurens, South Carolina on May 17, 1950, to Walter Thomas Lanford, Sr. and Carolyn Loraine Lanford.

Sharon worked in sales for Laurens Glass for her professional career until retirement. She enjoyed cheering for her Clemson Tigers and spending time with her family and friends. She was a life-long member of St. James United Methodist Church in Laurens.

Sharon was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Walter Thomas Lanford, Jr.; and her sisters, Mary Lanford Crisp and Sandra Lanford Elmore.

She is survived by her husband, Harry James Morton; daughter, Casie Morton Craine (Eric); and her grandchildren, Ellison Reid Craine and Olivia Ruth Craine.
