Robert Oxford Lighthart the 3rd, 59, of Mount Pleasant SC, passed away on June, 16 2024.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.

Bob was born in Charleston, SC on December 13, 1964, to Robert and Mercelene "Petti" Lighthart. Bob worked as a Checker for ILA Local 1771 for many years.  Bob enjoyed all things outdoors….fishing, hunting, gardening, camping, and boating.  Bob loved food and cooking for family and friends. Bob was a phenomenal artist and created beautiful pieces of art that featured all things Low Country.

Bob is survived by Christine Wessling Lighthart; his two daughters, Lydia Elise Lighthart and Carolyn Joy Lighthart; his parents, Robbie and Petti Lighthart; and his sister, LeClair Lighthart West (Mark); and other family members and friends.
