Patricia Bondura, 85, passed away on Thursday, April 4, 2024 at her residence in The Palms of Mount Pleasant, South Carolina.

The daughter of Ruth Elizabeth Cronin (nee Keck), Pat was born December 28, 1938 in Springfield, Massachusetts. She grew up in Baltimore, Maryland where she met her husband, Michael Bondura. They were married on January 9, 1960 and raised five children in Baltimore before moving to Manns Choice, Pennsylvania in 1981. They resided at their home atop a ridge at the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains. As members of St. John the Baptist Church in New Baltimore, Pennsylvania they drew inspiration from the community. Pat worked tirelessly for her family, was known for her mild manner, and lived life with a resilience that was a testament to her strength and ability that her humble nature never realized. After Mike's passing in 2019, Pat moved to Mount Pleasant, South Carolina to be near her daughter, Maria.

Pat is survived by son Matthew Bondura and wife Jackie of Dundalk, Maryland, son Marcus Bondura of Buffalo Mills, Pennsylvania, daughter Maria Geesey and husband Mark of Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, son Mario Bondura and wife Lesa of Buffalo Mills, Pennsylvania, and daughter-in-law Bonnie Hansen of Ocean City, Maryland, widow of son Michael Anthony Bondura. She is also survived by five grandchildren: Angela Carroll, Sarah Bondura, Marcus Bondura, Jr., Jessica Bondura, and Cosette Geesey. She was predeceased by her eldest son, Michael Bondura Jr., her husband of 59 years, Michael Bondura Sr., and grandson Kyle Geesey.

A memorial service and interment will be held at a later date at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 101 Findley Street, New Baltimore, Pennsylvania, 15530. Charitable contributions in Pat's name can be made to support the general mission of the church: www.newbaltimorecatholic.com
