LeRoy Paul Werley, Sr., 79, of Goose Creek, SC passed away Friday, January 27, 2023. A visitation will be held Thursday, February 2, 2023 from 2:00 PM until 4:00 PM at Charleston Cremation Center and Funeral Home, 2054 Wambaw Creek Road, Charleston, SC 29492. The funeral service will be Friday, February 3, 2023 at 11:00 AM in Beaufort National Cemetery, 1601 Boundary Street, Beaufort, SC 29902.

LeRoy was born December 6, 1943 in Allentown, PA, a son of the late Paul Milton Werley and Althea Fenial Werley. He honorably served and retired from the United States Navy.

He is survived by his loving wife of 24 years, Phyllis Lorraine Werley; four children: Douglas Lee Werley and his wife, Stephanie of Myerstown, PA, Tina Lynn Infanti (nee) Werley and her husband, Marcus Robert Infanti of Cressona, PA, LeRoy Paul Werley, Jr. of Hamlet, NC, and David Stewert Werley of Summerville, SC; twelve grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
