Jeffrey J. Schoepfel, 61, of Kiawah Island, SC, passed away on Sunday, December 11, 2022.

Jeffrey was born in New York on November 24, 1961, to David and Bernice Schoepfel (nee' Betkowski). Jeffrey was the devoted husband of Summer (nee' Hall); beloved father of Jessica and Nicholas. He is predeceased by his parents and his son, Brian.

Jeffrey was the founder, owner, and president of GSP Transportation for 29 years. Jeffrey was grateful for the hundreds of dedicated employees that worked with him throughout the years.

A memorial service will be held at Hopewell Baptist Church, 18841 Davidson Concord Road, Davidson, North Carolina at 2:00 on Friday, December 30, 2022. Friends will be received starting at 1:30.

A memorial service is also being planned for a later date in Charleston, South Carolina.
