Jason Christopher Gillam, age 53, born December 2, 1970, passed away on January 22, 2024. Arrangements entrusted to Charleston Cremation Center & Funeral Home.

Jason Gillam lived most of his life on Isle of Palms, a place at the beach, which he dearly loved. But he was born and educated in Columbia, SC.

He was very proud of his two children, Mary Gillam-Angel and Owen Gillam.

Jason was a loving and kind man, known for helping others. He was a caring man, who loved animals his whole life. He nurtured his good friends, stray animals, even strangers.

He loved to joke around making everyone laugh.

He will be missed by many, but never forgotten.

A private service will be held at a later date.
