Janiece Eileen Eby, passed away peacefully on June 3, 2023 at Roper Hospital surrounded by her family.

Jan was born in Bucyrus, Ohio on April 29, 1957 but lived the majority of her life in Summerville, SC. She is survived by her sons, Cale Douglas Eby of Goose Creek, Sterling Ryan Eby of Goose Creek, daughter and son in law, Jacklyn Eby and Ryan Andrew Ferguson of Charleston, and her grandson, Roy Austin Ferguson of Charleston. Lovingly known as Ms. Jan by many, she leaves behind former coworkers and her children's friends who she considered to be like children to her, and many lifelong friends of her own.

Jan is predeceased by her parents, James and Lavera Cuffman and her husbands, Larry Franklin Beller (d. 1977) and Douglas Neil Eby (d.2018).

The family would like to thank the Hollings Cancer Center at MUSC for the care and kindness they've provided over the past year.

The family will receive visitors from 5-7pm on Thursday, June 8, 2023 at Charleston Cremation Center and Funeral Home located at 2054 Wambaw Creek Rd.
