Henry Michael Bull

September 19, 1949 - June 24, 2025

With heavy hearts we announce the passing of Henry Michael Bull, 75 of Mt Pleasant, who died on June 24 at home. Mike was born in Asheville, NC, a graduate of Lenoir Rhyne College, he also received an MBA from the University of South Caroline. Mike worked with several companies in Charleston and retired from Medical University South Carolina after 22 years of service.

He met his wife Margaret (Peggy) Sullivan in Charleston over 45 years ago. Peggy told Mike that he had better like Charleston because she would never move anywhere else. They were both loved in their professions at MUSC and were enjoying their retired life. Peggy however, died in January 2025 after a long battle with cancer and Michael struggled after several back surgeries and cancer. Peggy and Mike loved spending time with their many nephews, nieces, cousins, siblings, in-laws, friends and their two cats.

Michael was also preceded in death by his brother Warren of Baltimore MD, his mother Mary Jane and father John Bull of Canton, NC. Michael is survived by two sisters Marylin Nicholls of Canton, NC and Elizabeth Waddell of Marietta, GA.

A Memorial Service will be held at the Charleston Cremation Center located at 2054 Wambaw Creek Rd. at 1pm on Tuesday 15 July and he will be buried with his wife Peggy at the Mt. Pleasant Memorial Gardens after the service.
