George Joseph Lock, 67, of Tabor City, North Carolina, passed away on February 20, 2026.

George was born in Newark, New Jersey, on August 26, 1958, to Joseph and Mary Lock.

George worked in the medical field as an X-Ray Technician, then as a Physician's Assistant. He enjoyed playing soccer and baseball in his younger years, and he was an avid sports fan.

George was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Mary Lock, and brother, Robert.

George is survived by his wife, Kathryn Lock; brother, Andrew; sisters, Diane and Nancy; several nieces and nephews; and by other family and friends.
