Eleanor “Ellie” Doris Tiffany, 87, of Charleston, South Carolina, passed away peacefully on October 31, 2026.

Born on March 12, 1939, in Culver City, California, Eleanor was the daughter of Lyle Frank Childress and Carmen Ercle Sutton.

After graduating from high school, Eleanor pursued her passion for helping others by attending nursing school. She dedicated more than forty years of her life to serving as a Registered Nurse, providing compassionate care to countless patients throughout her career. In her free time, she enjoyed reading and creating crafts.

Eleanor was preceded in death by her son, Steven Bryan Tiffany. She is lovingly remembered by her daughter, Karen (Donald) Worden; her grandchildren, Jordan Riser, Joshua Riser, Nathaniel (Mya) Worden, Abigail (Gabriel) Schmidt, Ian Tiffany, and Leslie (Shaun) Light; as well as friends who will cherish her memory.

Cremation arrangements are in the care of Charleston Cremation Center.
