Chelsea Ann Chinners, 33, passed away on September 10, 2026. Born on April 25, 1993, Chelsea lived her life with vibrant energy, unbounded enthusiasm, and a deep love for the world around her.

Chelsea had an adventurous spirit and was happiest whenever she was outdoors. Whether enjoying fun activities on the water, carving down the slopes snow skiing in the mountains, or embarking on a new journey, she embraced every moment to the fullest. Her genuine love for life and passion for adventure touched everyone who knew her.

She is survived by her loving parents, Jacqueline Windham and Lee Chinners; her beloved brother, Dakota Chinners; and her cherished grandparents, Rosie and Lynn Windham, and Sue and Jimmy Bartee. Chelsea also leaves behind a large family of many aunts, uncles, and cousins who will miss her deeply.

A Celebration of life and adventures will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made in Chelsea's honor to Wake Up Carolina.
