Andria Hood Stevens passed away, peacefully on May 10th, 2024, at the age of 78. Born on April 6th, 1946, in Charleston, South Carolina, Andria was the cherished daughter of the late Marion and Homer "Bud" Hood. She will be greatly missed by her daughters, Jan Stevens and Susanne Richards; son in law, Mark Richards; and many dear friends.

Andria's life was a testament to her kind nature and her commitment to her church, family, and friends. Her professional journey was marked by a fulfilling career with the College of Charleston in the Human Resources Department, and she was an active member of Bethany United Methodist Church on James Island, SC.

Andria approached life with a gentle strength and an open heart, endearing to all that knew her. She cherished time with close friends, travel, the arts, tending to her yard, and all of God's two and four legged creatures. Andria's kindness was a comfort to so many and will be missed by all that knew her.

A memorial service will be held at a later date at Bethany Methodist Church, Charleston, SC.
